consia

The consent form, without the paper.

With Consia your customer signs the consent for their treatment on their own phone, in under a minute. You get a signed, searchable, tamper-evident record — instead of a page filling up a drawer.

No app and no account for your customer.

Three steps to a signature

It fits between two appointments, right at the front desk. Nothing to install, nothing to learn.

  1. Pick a template

Choose the consent template for the treatment and create a blank statement from it. The template already carries the required questions and consent points.

  2. Share a link or QR code

Your customer opens a link — or scans the QR code at the desk. Nothing to download, no account to create.

  3. They sign on their phone

They fill in their details, tick the consents, type their name, and sign. Both of you receive the signed statement as a PDF.

What paper can’t do

No more paper

No photocopied forms, no handwritten dates, no folder thickening in a drawer. The statement is digital from the moment it exists.

Zero friction for the customer

No app, no sign-up, no password. They open the link and sign. The barrier to completing it is close to zero.

A tamper-evident record

Every signed statement is locked with a cryptographic content hash, so what was consented to can be proven later — to a customer, an auditor, or a court.

Compliance built in

The GDPR Article 9 health-data consent sits on every form by default, and the privacy notice is shown before signing. You don’t have to be a data-protection expert.

Trust, by construction

Consia is built for the Hungarian market and NAIH practice. Compliance isn’t bolted on afterwards — it’s the foundation the product stands on.

GDPR & NAIH posture

Processing aligned to Hungarian data-protection law and NAIH practice. The provider is the controller; Consia is the processor, under a data-processing agreement.

HMAC-SHA256 integrity

Each signature is sealed with a hash computed over the template, the answers and the timestamp, so the record can’t be altered later without it showing.

EU data residency

Data is stored in the European Union, in a Frankfurt database. Every sub-processor is an EU provider under contractual safeguards.

Mandatory health-data consent

Without the platform-controlled Article 9 health-data consent, no statement can be saved at all.

Consia uses a simple electronic signature (SES): a checkbox, an authentication link and a typed full name — better evidence than a squiggle on paper.
